PRODUCT PRICES
We strive to update our catalog as soon as we are notified of price changes by the many publishers for which we carry product.  Please note that all prices are subject to change according to publisher price increases.

FREE ITEMS
- Credits earned may redeem Free product worth $15.98 or less (retail value) .  Items received Free are NOT exchangeable or returnable unless defective. If defective, item is returnable for EXACT same product (same item #) only.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- If you find an item is defective, please send it back to us noting the nature of the defect. 
- Defective merchandise can be replaced only by another of the EXACT product (same item #).

EXCHANGES
- No item may be exchanged unless it is defective.

OUT OF PRINT ITEMS
- If an item you ordered is out-of-print and unavailable, we will notify you via email or the phone number provided. If the credit for an out-of-print item was used to redeem a FREE item, the FREE item will be removed from your order unless you replace the out-of-print item. Your coupon credits will be adjusted accordingly.

Shipping Charges
Base Delivery charges are calculated* using the following:
 1 item: $2.50 US
 2 items: $3.50 US
 3 items: $4.00 US
 over 3 items:  will vary according to the shipping location.  Please see the shopping cart for the calculation of your shipping charges.

*Some items have extra shipping charges (noted with the item description) which are added to the total shipping charge.

Expedited Shipping is available for orders with only 1 item:  FedEx 2-Day, FedEx 3-Day, and FedEx NextDay for additional charges.  FedEx orders placed by 11:00am Mon-Fri will ship the same day order is submitted, FedEx orders placed after 11:00am will ship the next business day.  Please call for availability and pricing of FedEx Next Day for Saturday delivery.

Unless alternate shipping is selected, we ship all orders promptly by United States Postal Service, typically within 3-4 business days of your online order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your order (longer if outside Continental United States). Shipping charges are on a per order basis. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Redeeming Coupons for FREE Products
Free Products are earned and shipped only if the number of cart credits plus previously earned credits equals 6 or more.  If an item is unavailable or out-of-print, your coupon credits will be adjusted accordingly.

Getfreecds.com never sells or gives away your email address or other personal information unless approved by you.

SHOPPING PROBLEMS
Problems putting items into the basket?
In order to use the shopping cart, you must have cookies turned on. If your browser is set to prevent cookies, you will be unable to add any items to your basket, or no more than one - and you will also be unable to "checkout". Please check your browser preferences to make sure that you can accept cookies. In addition, Internet Explorer 6 includes privacy features which affects cookies in a different way. For more information on cookies and their settings please check your browser's help section.

The shopping cart emptied itself:
This error occurs because the basket is set to empty if there is no activity on the site for over 30 minutes. This is for security reasons.

Accessing the Getfreecds.com through a proxy server:
Some networks and online services use what is called a proxy server for their internet access, to allow their users quicker web access by cacheing old copies of pages they have saved locally, rather than actually connecting you to the Internet. Technological limitations sometimes make it difficult for these users to use secure sites, we recommend that where possible you use a direct internet connection.
